As it is probably known by everyone, TNA invaded a shooting of a WWE commercial of Royal Rumble. While on set, TNA wrestlers and officials recorded
the interaction between the two.
WWE promptly released a press release that if TNA were to air the footage, they would be sued.
Last night at TNA Turning Point, TNA went ahead and decided to air the footage.
As of right now, it is most likely that WWE will go with its claims to sue TNA for if not, they will lose face for making a threat and not following
up with it.
The sum of money that WWE will sue for is unknown, but no matter what, TNA is most likely unable to pay it. For those who do not know, TNA has been in
the hole in terms of money for the better part of 2 years, and right now, are making no profit.
The money to pay for a WWE lawsuit will be the death of TNA and Vince McMahon will have conquered another competitor.

and if it competition for vince, am sure he will go for the kill and try take it over and demolish its repuation.
