As far as i know they don't think he has the durability and reliability in the ring.He's only on a 1 year contract and are considering him as a tag
team partner.
He's better at shooting his mouth off from behind a mic.
Scott came in with some great momentum when he made his debut in WWE. But it was quickly ended when he lost his title match against HHH. He still
wrestles regularly on RAW.
