Sounds like a "badged-out" service... get their IP and look it up. In Canada it's fairly common for the re-selling of telecom to occur. If you can,
try and buy your service as "close to the telecom spine" as possible.
Throughput limits almost always scare me... even 0.9TB. It sounds "cheap". Give 'em a ring and see if they'll supply references from happy long
term customers. Read the paperwork and see what happens if they go "belly-up".
