How do I get the voice recordings to the ringtone applicable department?

Have you installed the V3 software and drivers onto your PC and connected it to your phone via usb cable?

I'm sure there is a program that allows you to copy stuff onto your phone (audio, pics etc..) But beware, I found that there isn't much space on these phone's, so don't expect to be able to copy much on them

My phone didn't come with any software. I should probably go the cingular store and pick up the software then.
