Banana.
Or is it Bananna? Or Bannanna? or just Ban-nananana.
Seriously, I think I found the most the most irritating word in the english language. If Cellar Door is supposed to be the most beautiful combination
of words in the human language, Banana is the evil, demonic force of the english language. First of all, it'll start you in an endless chain of na
and nanas. You'll never know when to end it.
Ba-na-na-nananana Damnit!
See, it'll never end! It'll drive you crazy in the day, it'll drill itself in your head.
Bananananananana----nananananana---nananananaaanannnnnnnaaaanana
And just a disclaimer to all the Banananananana enthuisests, I love Bananas, the fruit, I'm just totally against the word.
So how about we make a word thats less irritating? Eh? One that doesnt cause the chain reaction of endless nananas and remain this fruit, for our
sanity!?

Idunno.."So" is a pretty terrible word too.
"Don't do that! You'll end up #ting your pants!"
"So?"
"...What...You'll # your pants.."
"So?!"
"...So there will be doodies in your pants mate.."

IRREGARDLESS
Irregardless is not a valid word. The word regardless expresses exactly what irregardless is meant to express.
I find that every time I hear someone use "irregardless" in every day speech or, still worse, in print, I find my that my blood pressure begins to
rise. I grit my teeth, ball up my fists and count to ten.
Irregardless of whether "it" is a word or not, this one has to be the worst one in the English language.
(Just an aside. Before I posted this, I ran a spell check. The spell check did not pick up "irregardless" as a misspelling -- oh the madness!)

I'm going to say the word "like".
Kids can't speak nowadays without inserting the word "like" like ten times in a twenty word sentence.
Peace

I have to agree on the "like" thing.
Also, a big expression I hear is "That's gay."
Everything, "oh that's gay."
"what? aw man, that's gay."
Drives me insane.

For some reason, I've always hated saying the word "Failure." Is it "Fail - your"? Or is it "Faily - er"? After many moons, I can finally
say it succesfully, but it always irritated me...
Oh, and Worcestershire. How the Hell do you even say that word!?

Most hated phrase: "I'm sorry, BUT".
Stupid spelling: "colonel". Why didn't they just spell it "kernel"?
And a word I simply don't like: "worship".

Actually the word "dude" drives me nuts. Sit back somewhere and count the number of times it is said in a discussion of college kids.
