Have you tried playing Doom 3? Nearly realistic quality grarphics, classic techniques to startle, scare & build aprehension...And some of the creepiest critters to crawl out of deepest pits of your worst nightmares. All in all, I give it two thumbs up!

Even in godmode, it still scares me enough that I have to make frequent trips to the bathroom...
