I just voted three of you for Way Above TOp Secret. I nearly died laughing, especially at those LOTR parodies by wecomeinpeace.

It's spreading to more computer centers...

I thought I would be immune from this peculiar phenomenon. Not only was I wrong, but I learned that the Big Black Nothing is being spread by none other than the Lord of the Underworld himself. My favourite computer game has been infected... nothing is sacred, anymore.

(that play really would score 666 points if played in one turn, too... that is how I know the LotU is behind this...)

I've been away for a while doing some work, but I just had to mention something to ya'll.

Apparently, the Babylonians first discovered the BBN thousands of years ago. Although their drawings are crude, a few cuneiform cylinders still remain. Needless to say, they're not very interesting to look at. Here's one with a story detailing how the BBN took over the young man's farm, engulfing all of his cattle.



The Greek had a vague concept of the BBN, but spent most of their time sculpting naked young men without arms. The Mayans saw the BBN for what it truly was, and developed their society around it. They constructed complex calendars to try to avoid the coming of the BBN, which they feared immensely.



This is a sculpture of a Mayan's representation of the BBN. When the sculptor finished, he promptly died of fright. This miniature sculpture alone has inspired terror in the hearts of millions, and is in fact thought to be responsible for the mysterious disappearance of the entire Mayan race.
