New World Order...the video game?

Topic started on 11-10-2005 @ 07:21 PM by 8bitagent

These days if you follow the video game world, they are coming out with countless mdoern warfare simulation and strategy games, many of which relflct or even cash in in on various unfortunate state of affairs, including the post 9/11 world.

My question is this, do you think that shadow elements within the government, the rich financiers who profit from war and the overall nwo construct is possibly influencing or even helping to put out various video games? Or will beignusing the video game medium as a tool for conditioning?

We know the US is using video games to recruit people, like America's Army.
You do have pretty wildly inventive games like Des Ex 1 & 2 which uses real conspiracies in a futuristic sci fi setting. There's even a PC game from a few years ago called "New World Order", where after a major terrorist attack in the United States, you play as a government out to instill a one world government through soldiers.

Another example is JFKReloaded, a game from the producers of Take 2 Entertainment titles whose sole purpose is to debunk any JFK conspiracies.

Here's a spoof mockup of a game I wish they'd come out with:

Well, if and when they come out with a game like that, it wont be because some secret government group or fatcat tycoons or secret society people want it to, it will simply be made, because of the interest the general population shows in the subject.

A perfect example being Aliens and UFOs, there are tons of books and movies and television programs and video games about them, in many different variations, with some having good aliens and some have bad aliens and some having both. Just because there are so many paraphinilia about them, soes'nt mean the shadow government etc is going to disclose something or whatever, it simply means that the general purchasing public shows a very large interest in the subject, it's really just good marketing themes, if something is popular, make stuff about it, if it is'nt than very little will be made.
