Are the United States and Russia actually good friends? Or is it an artificial "smile for the camera" friendship where Russia wants to screw the U.S. over whenever they get the chance to?

I dont know that either really cares about skrewing the other over. If it mutally benefits them, they will work together, if not, they will not work together.

Such countries as USA and Russia don't have friends, they have their interests and when they will not need each other, then all the friendship will be gone
