Personally, I think Blade would win against Buffy because of his weapons. So to make it fair, I'm taking away Blade's weapons. Buffy keeps her weapons. Now who will win?

It depends which Buffy you are referring to. Are you talking about the original (Kristy Swanson) or the one from TV. Kristy Swanson would make Blade too horny to fight, so the original Buffy wins easily. Blade would drop the hammer on the one from Scooby Doo.

Both Blade and Dr Love would be useless (for the most part ) after laying our eyes on this:

For a long time I was in love with Sarah/Buffy so she'd have to win!!! Couldn't stand to see anyone beating down on Buffy, it would break my heart!! lol
