Well, the effect is cool, but I think you shoul pick another color combination besides silver on black. Make it interesting and colorful. Make the alien green, and the house brown, ect. Color choices can make a big difference in how easy it is to spot and use links.

When you move over the "media hijack" bit, another navigation appears.. do you think it needs an indication that it's there, or is it obvious to you?

I'm sure you know how it is when you're working on something for a while, you never get to see it the same way others do.

Thanks for your advice though, it does look much better with some colour!

I didn't notice the menu under the "media hijack" logo. I guess I was focused on the other links. You might have to do a little something to draw attention to it or it will be missed.
