Does anyone know of any good programs to stop booters on yahoo, or at least retaliate? I have ytunnel, but it seems to conflict with other programs.. Any good booters you know of ??

Booting is illegal. Ytunnel works well if you set your preferences correct.

Also, use iggy. If a person recieves 12 iggies in a chat room yahoo will boot them!

You may want to use an older version of of yahoo. Those links have info on doing this, also, use cloaking with ytunnel.

i am constantly gettin IMs from porn bots on there. I iggy them everytime, but as soon as i enter a new room, wham!! they hit me. I wonder if i have to empty my iggy bin? It seems to work on real people, but not the bots. I dont want to turn my IMs off either. I just want to dump the bots..

If you are using ytunnel correctly there is a bot filter there, again, set your preferences correctly and look at those links.

i just installed yelite..pretty technical, but could be fun...i uninstalled ytunnel a while ago. I cant remember what it screwed up, but it did. I might try it again. you on there?

yES, AM ON YAHOO...am a seasoned yahoo chatter and yahoo chat helper.

yelite lite is also a good program. the other links have free ytunnel and older yahoo messenger versions, which is what i use and i rarely get booted.

It just seems to have really gone to hell lately. I used to talk to people on there all the time, now its just porn bots and guys advertising the free show, complete with details....I just installed ytunnel. just the cheapo though. Ill play around with it.

The best thing to use would be YtunnelPro along with the latest version of Yahoo Messenger. Ytunnelpro costs money, but if you do enough searching you will be able to get it for free. It is no longer updated, as the programmer does not work on it anymore. However, the current version still works.

In reference to Yahoo Booters. You can easily find many of them on many different web sites. Some of them are clean, and some of them are trojaned, e-optioned, etc. The main thing they will do is get your username and password from you. Booting used to be "respected" on Yahoo back in the day. However, now it is done mainly by kids with no lives.

ya, yahoo has gone to hell recently. I used to enjoy it alot, now its just porn bots and pervs. Ytunnel works, but i think its unstable. Yelite is kinda complicated. Now something that lets ya view cams...that would be nice.

Ive seen the anonymous viewers, but those are a joke. Instead of your name coming up, it says "anonymous is attempting to view your cam"..lol..a nice cam stealth would be awesome..
